I started in October so I didn't even know this thread existed until now. I did do a quick (meaning I can do better that this) restore on the current contest, but I went with the other one I posted. So I thought I would share Very Happy I really enjoy restoring pictures, I have done it for some family photos. If you need any help in the future give me a couple photos and a week or two and I would be glad to help Very Happy

What sassy said my good friend! so are u happy with what PSC school did today?... i think this pic needs to be worked more seriously so, for really complete restoration. The contest today is good and creative but i dont think theres a single simple clean restoration. I say this because if ur friend wants a serious work, we should do this seriously (but few obviously saw your thread here).
Cool

erratum : Marco's one could fit (just a bit too much artsy) but its the closer to a "real" restoration.

Sorry guys if I may have sounded insensitive but I did not know about the thread either, although I don't really do much restoration work, I would given it a real good try had I know.

Cheryl, it looks great Very Happy
I knew there would be some "not so savory" chops today, not everyone reads the forum, but overall, I think Mrs. Parker will be grateful, there are a couple recent chops from nubies that have no idea.
Blade Lady has a post that hits very close to home, it has a lot more meaning than I think she even knows.
Naiko, thanks for the thought of doing a real restoration, I think all is well.
LtZ, I think I would smile like that too Very Happy
Luxwiz, your on the money today, great work
Very Happy I still need to go through more of them Very Happy
Mir, don't worry, they did Confused

If I had seen this thread before I posted my entry, I would have done everything right and not just make a 30 min chop.

I agree!

I didn't know about your story Paul, and I really wanted to make big work with that source but I didn't have time. I wanted to make that picture crisp, colorful & realistic but anyway... it was supposed to be a great challenge.
So I worked tonight 1 hour on it and I cant complete it right now... but I can do it in few days maybe... what you think?
Smile
