Thats great, Jess! but its only a feather....now here's Chicken's tutorial on how to make a whole damn bird in MS Paint:

1) Trace around your hand
2) Add features such as beaks, feet and stuff

Use the arrows to move selection/layer 1 pixel, Shft + arrows to move quicker.
