Ive tried to submit a new chop for the "New Neighbor" contest, but when I hit the "submit entry" button, it does nothing.

Is anyone else having this issue?

haven't submitted anything and just going to ask the usual. Have ya checked the image size (width,height) and file size. Usually is the culprit. That's all that comes to mind.
* JPEG and GIF image file formats only
* JPEG: Less than 1280px wide by 960px high
* GIF: Less than 550px wide by 450px high
* At least 500px wide by 350px high
* Under 512 KB in file size
* RGB or Greyscale mode
* Appropriate for all ages
* Free of copyright violations

Yeah, thats not it. Size & all is good.

Its like the submit button isnt active.
