OK, my 2¢:

I have nothing against cut and paste, (obviously), but if I had seen the source image imported I probably would not have voted for this. I took it to be a painted sky (as per my comment) which is what I probably would have done, but the fact is, the contest is over, the votes have been cast, lets just move along.

Nothing here to see.

Two very wise comments right there...

There's a huge difference between having an external pic to fill 95% of a chop. But if that 95% is already a chop made by someone else (our case here... That sky and composition was a PS work) it sucks and shouldn't be allowed imho.

And we should clearly give less votes. It used to be 10. We should go to 5 or 3.

Sorry YPA, I just wanted to add this.
Cool

It all comes down to this. There really is no set rule. It is up to the voter to look closer and use their brains.
Busch was a lousy president but I can sleep well because I didn't vote for him. Cool
Maybe if you only had three votes you would use them much wiser. Wink

Busch is a beer! Bush was the President Rey! Laughing Laughing Laughing I agree with the 3 votes though! Wink

i think the 25 votes are ok
im happy if i got 2 or 3 votes because its presented some people though it was ok,if leave some words too im more happier

so i think if you have just 10 votes this picture wins like now with 25 votes
and i think its not his/her fault ,because he wrote the link of external, but just a few people looked it
when i wanted vote for it (for the lots of work because its too slushy to me) i looked the link and i said "no way"

(sorry for my English)

I like to think I'm grown up enough to decide how to dish out my votes. I don't think I need the site to regulate me on how many I give. This is like saying that because the southern states voted for Bush and he won both elections, that I think we ought to consider limiting votes.

If you're unhappy with the results of other people's votes, it's still not a good reason to implement new voting limitations.

When I see 25 quality chops that are vote worthy, I think I should have the option to give them all votes. 25 votes is a good amount for me, even though I usually only vote for 2 or 3 in a contest.

If you respond to a thread it's usually a good idea to read the ORIGINAL comment.

The link wasn't added until a LONG time after the start. This is one of my beefs.

To be honest, the actual number of hours is irrelevant.
