Hey there,

I need to make an image of the words "19 BELOW" as if it is being chisled out of a block of ice and I have NO idea where to even begin..

Its going on a black shirt with the "19" sitting on top of the word "BELOW"...
I initially had created something along these lines, which I suppose with some modification to make it look more like clear ice, could be close. The placement of "BELOW" can go under the 9 as shown or below the entire "19"...

Any ideas? Tuts?

Any help as always is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I looked through a few pages of those and didnt find anything that hit me as looking good. It was all really cheap "add wind" tuts.

I did find one tut on PSDTuts.com for Ice Sculpture that may work. Im also hoping to hear from Desh.

it's coming along nicely, look also for some brushes that may help you achieve the final effect

the best way to do it is in a 3D program Smile but i guess you wont have that ...

the trick in PS is to find a good texture and multiply, screen, overlay etc your ass off to get the right result ... it's all depending on the background which settings will give the best results ...

here is the PSD ... maybe it helps you .. good luck
