I came here when I first got into photoshop. I came across it from Fark.com I believe. The first few years were great and I learned a lot of things and met a lot of really cool people. Good times all around for the most part.
I have been a ghost here for the past couple years, mostly due to the sense of community seeming to vanish overnight. I rarely see people in chat, the forum is usually random crap anymore, few cool discussions or anything. The contests are still there but it seems even those aren't nearly as fun as they used to be. I will always hang around until the day the site goes under or I do, maybe some day it'll be more like it was.
I do miss being active here but now I am always lacking the time and energy to make anything really cool anymore, which is another reason I haven't entered more than a couple contests the past couple years.

well, I came here because of somethin. I remembered what it was once when I was at the shop. Yeah, "shopping" Aint it good eh? Anyway what was it you were all takin about again? It wasn't till I was choppin sum wood that I remembered proper like. 60 years ago I had to chop heaps of wood. So that made me mindeful of sumthin. Wood that's it, ain't it. 
We're all here for wood.Ma says it's cause of a chop but I aint had a lamb chop in ages: what the heck, Us olds can easy tell about coming here ages and ages ago...trouble is we're not sure why! an wot was the subject anyrate?
