I got the new model Cintiq 21ux a couple months ago and I love it. Expensive as hell, but if you can afford it, it's worth every penny.

the202 asked for a demonstration of it once I got it. So here's a YouTube speed drawing video I created. I recorded the video with Camtasia screen capturing software.

I still use Photoshop for coloring instead of vector based programs. I like the feel of being able to "paint" color.

Anyway, here's the link:

Thanks Anna. I used a couple of the songs I was listening to while I was drawing it. Smile

Luxwiz...I think you are referring to the software used when I was "inking" and tracing over the sketch. That was Xara Designer Pro 6. It's a mystery to me why that software isn't more popular like Adobe Illustrator is. It's awesome to use for drawing in vector.

That was way cool. My daughter would adore the turtle.

I didn't know that turtles had tails. Damn, back to the drawing board (pun intended).

Thanks Tofu and YPA. Appreciate the kind words!

Our desert tortoise has a tail. In fact, it wags sometimes. I'm not sure if the wagging indicates she's about to take a dump or if she's happy to see me.... Confused
