Have you not noticed? The ball of sand contest got lots of entries and votes! This is what I believe, the simplier the source, more entries and votes are coming. We can do so much from a simple source, It's for our creative imagination to work . Some members will say that this kind of sources are not challenging enough but let's face it, old members are also not posting entries when the sources are too difficult to chop, we're getting lazy as we get old here Laughing Shocked . Newbies are coming everyday and they are the ones filling up the contests and they need to learn basics. This is just an observation and not intended to create chaos ( but I miss those days when members are arguing and fighting in the forum , some even got banned Laughing ). I hope this is not against the rule because the contest is on going, We're not talking about a particular entry here.

BTW, I also made an entry for that contest but I decided not to post it. I thought I'm going to lose the 3rd round of H2H (see the teary sad eyes) but fortunately I won Laughing

Laughing Those chickens and birds are very uninspiring and actually very difficult to chop (for me) Shocked . There's also a crow in the 2010 H2H, remember?

@ Abraham. I totally agree. But not because it is an easy source, but because it leaves room for your own fantasy!
Well... and since you're my new opponent... can I please borrow that image of yours? It's my kind of chop anyway, lol.

Very well said Paola, I made a very long post and you said the right point in just 1 sentence Laughing It's the room for imagination and fantasy. I agree!

About H2H, OMG, I don't want to think that you'll be my next opponent, too much pressure Laughing, your entries are on the favorites . Then who ever wins might face Anfa! What a narrow road. When I 1st saw the bracket I wonder why many good choppers are in the group 6. I almost protest and walk out! Laughing
