Paypal account doesn't work for most banks debit card here in India because of new government guidelines.I don't have a credit card,also online banking cannot be used for international transactions.
Is there any other way i can pay for advantage.I want to buy three months advantage,its about 600 indian rupees after currency conversion not including the currency exchange fee.
