I'm really in no position to lead a team--I'd rather join a team with members who've done this before.
I don't mind sitting it out, though. I'll play next time, when I'm more familiar with the contest.

OH COME ON!!! its nothing like that.
just get a few psc friends or otherwise in a group and work together to "hunt down" the items we list. thats it. There is no leader or anything. The only thing a team needs to do is coordinate who does what items.
cynn, patim and ronni would make a great team. there is taunting and making fun of the other teams but thats just part of the fun...good fun...In the past, teams have even made team banners.
check out some of the other contests.
