anyone know any good sites? there's been times when i had a good idea but couldn't come up with a stock photo to chop with it. I've just been using google search.

I goto http://www.imageafter.com/ fairly often. It is free to use for personal and commercial usage so long as you modify the images in some way unless they've changed their terms of usage since i last read them....

Also there is always the stock exchange at http://www.sxc.hu/ the terms of usage is listed on a per-image basis (some have no restrictions, others have 'contact and credit <author> for commercial use' etc...)

both of these are free with optional registration (dont think there is much bonus for registering except maybe forums or something? never regged on either myself)
