Really depends on what's affordable by the donors.

Also the big problem i've always had and has been mentioned i'm sure numerous times is that there is no real news / upcoming events / stuff like that that says "Sign up for H2H NOW!" right smack on the home page. Really the only immediatly seen source of info is the titles of the forum topics when I first click on the page.

so... "Should we change the homepage to include news feeds and upcoming events right in the main part of the page instead of just the image of the day, calander, current contests, and recent forum activity?"

About reunion contest

1. Should the reunion contest become old school, opens at 8am PSC time and every one gets the source at the same time.

2. Should we have special reunion contest for passed members.

3. Should we have one special reunion contest to honour all passed members.

4. Pass winner of last reunion contest supplies the source image for this years contest.

EDIT: Again, Blue and I are kinda on the same page. (Great minds think alike, huh?) The H2H format is very complex with a lot of different possibilities. Here's what I came up with in trying to cover all the bases:

H2H FORMAT:
The current format has each round beginning at 8:00am Monday PSC time. TWO (2) days to CHOP, followed by TWO (2) days to VOTE (voting starts 8:00am Wednesday PSC time), then THREE (3) days BREAK before the next round. Including the BREAK, each round takes exactly ONE (1) week.

Currently, each round begins on MONDAY with the release of the SOURCE PIC. Regardless of your answers to the next questions in this section, please rank the weekdays (Monday - Friday) in order of your preference for receiving the source image and the start of each round.
1 = BEST option, 5 = WORST option.

__Monday
__Tuesday
__Wednesday
__Thursday
__Friday

3-day BREAK between rounds:
(A) Keep this the SAME.
(B) Make it LONGER (4+ days).
(C) Make it SHORTER (2 or 1 day(s)).
(D) Break? We don't need no stinkin' break! (Back-to-back rounds, no break.)

(A) Keep this the SAME.
(B) Make it LONGER (3+ days)
(C) Make it SHORTER (1 day)

Can we have, in stead of the empty calendar on the NON advantage front page, have an EVENT calendar, a quaterly calendar that gives us the special events loud and clear on the front page, like the sign up for H2H, the starting date for H2H, the Memorial days competitions for those we have lost, the Sign up and starting dates of Scavhunt - and other fun stuff we did in the past few years....
It would look much better. The Advantage calendar can easily be found through the Advantage button at the top of the page. (Plus, you can anounce the prize competitions in this EVENT calendar just as well as on the one in use today).

So, in short the question will be:

Can we have a quaterly EVENT calendar on the front page in stead of the one in use now, to mark all important events and dates for the site?

H2H ENTRY SIZE:

Currently, the "Image must be up to 250KB and less than 700x700 pixels."
(A) Keep the SAME.
(B) Make entries SMALLER.
(C) Make entries LARGER WITHOUT having to "CLICK FOR LARGE."
(D) Make entries LARGER WITH "CLICK FOR LARGE" and a mid-sized THUMBNAIL on the match page (just like the daily contests).
(E) Make entries LARGER WITH "CLICK FOR LARGE" and a TEXT-link to each on the match page. (Poor quality thumbnails could not be used to judge images by lazy voters.)
