grefix rocks almost more than splodge,
grefix he say "Oldskool Speed chop contests are now possible"
just got to clear current advantage callendar, might be a good time to drop down to the 7 day advantage too, going by the votes that's what folk want

an extention on cafs idea, 7 days advantage in a burst, monday morning all 7 days advantage pix are shown, instant oldskool on monday, 24 hours advantage for tuesday, 48 hours for wed's ect, rince and repeat following monday or prefrobaly not monday, how about 8 days advantage, then anon and oldskool advance one day each week???

And here you point out one of the issues.

Personally I believe the order of the entries should be random while the contest is running (and without any sorting option). Advantage people have enough advantage already with more time to chop. Once a 'newbie' post his entry, the possibility should exist that he ends up as first in the voting pages.

It will also prevent people ordering the pages on amount of votes (which i'm sure many people do). This would prevent voting for the most voted ones

I like the 8-days idea with the rotating days for anon and quick-chop. Only problem is keeping track and remembering when the next one of either will be. I can picture someone who just comes around for the quick-chop days being aggravated to have missed it by a day if s/he loses track. But while we're shaking things up, if a great big countdown clock was added to the front page that showed when the next set of Advantage images would be released and/or when the next quick chop and anon days would be, that would help ease this potential confusion. Smile With such a rotating schedule, we could do any number days of Advantage released all at once, too. How about 6 or 9?
