Hey Bob, I was starting to worry, not hearing anything from you, but the bottom line is that you will get through this my friend, Wink you still have a contest to win here. On a sad note, I just got a call minutes ago that one of my best friends on this planet just flew in from Nassau, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and I'm just now leaving to see him, life seems unfair at times like these Confused Cancer sucks!

Thank you everyone, you are all so precious to me, especially now when I need you most.

Round 2 is this week, then I get three weeks rest at home followed by six more rounds over six months, then a bone marrow transplant. All told about eight months to go.

On the lighter side, my daughter gave me a surprise gift this evening to keep me company during my hospital stay. I haven't named it yet, but I'll think of something.

Peace and joy to each of you. Smile

You've got a great family (love the sock, it should be your new Cynn sock)...and a fierce outlook on getting better.
My thoughts & prayers are with you, Bob. Hug

Thanks everyone, I got back home last night after two surgeries that I wasn't expecting this last week.

A lumbar puncture on Wednesday to sample my spinal fluid and inject chemo into my brain. Giving me currently, massive headaches, and a general feeling of being loopy, or being less than 100 percent sharp.

As well as yesterday an unexpected removal of a blood clot filter that I was unaware was even there. I sure am glad the Docs remembered that they had put it in. It was a total surprise to me when they told me that they wanted to remove it.
Smile

Eesh! Well I hope the docs also remembered to remove that set of car keys and that 9-iron they had put in, too.

What?

Wink
