Is everyone ready to start this? I want to start it on Monday releasing the source and chopping till the following Monday. Then it will open for voting for a few days.
This may not be the best way to do it but we'll try it out and hopefully it will catch on and then we'll go from there.
Once we post the source I will need everyone gifs in html... Like from photobucket er whatever. The image must be 550x450 and I dont care how big the file is, just dont go over 3MEGs
Voting will be tricky, I can keep track of the votes and of the IP addresses so I will be able to tell if an IP voted twice. But, it will still have to be based a little on the honor system. So, dont cheat!

i've been wanted to ask this. i got some cousins that share computer with me and we are using same connection.they complained that here's boring. If they vote will that have a same ip address with me?
Sorry i'm not a comp expert. So i don't kn0w that much.

Yes it will have the same IP address.... Are your cousins members of psc?... If so, just have them send me their votes via PM if not though, this is just for us to chop and vote, it would be way too unbalanced if we let outsiders vote

But they seems not too interested.
One of them (thecullens) said that the competition is too fierce.
