Queen were the first band I ever saw live. Newcastle City Hall 1979. I was 11 years old and it was fucking mint! I also saw them a couple of times in the 80s. Once at St. James' Park (Home of Newcastle United. It was pretty cool singing We Are The Champions while standing on Newcastle's pitch. Just a shame that Newcastle United were shit in the 80s. lol) and then at Knebworth park.

I was down there somewhere at Knebworth.

Pink Floyd in 1984 @ Old Milwaukee Stadium was my first.
I was 11 as well.
