I did an announcement a while ago that I will make a tut about shadows. It turned out to be quit complicated. I started of and now I am ready to make a website of it. It isn't merely done yet so I post the start page here.

If someone with enough website experience is willing to help me in the near future, I think we can make a hell of a tut.

Also all suggestions are welcome Wink

Let's hear it

The links don't work yet--is this just the shell, for now?

If you don't mind my touching up your wording and spelling, I'd revise your text as follows:
Quote:

This page is dedicated to be a resource for those who struggle with casting shadows. It is made especially for Photoshop users, but if you're a painter or any other kind of artist who has to deal with shadows, this site will be a great resource for all your needs.

In the menu at the left you can jump directly to the subject of your choice; however, if you want to know all about shadows, I suggest you start with the basics and read through to the end. Later on, you can use this site as a quick lookup for your particular burning questions.

I have tried to be as complete as possible, and there will be many examples to show what is meant. However, if you feel something is missing, or you think something should be altered, don't hesitate to contact me.

The site is beautiful, Patim. Smile

That's just the kinda input I need Cynn. Thanks for the support.

Yes the links don't work yet. I wil finish all the chapters and than ask an expert to put it all together. I am just a lousy frontpage user Embarassed

Keep it coming, I will use what is appropriate

Patim... for basic linking do this:

Make each page and save it as its own html. Then go to your button, and frontpage should have something like an easy box that allows you to add a link into. It may even be a right-click hyperlink option. Its been a while since ive used FP, so Im not really sure of the format.

The easiest thing to do is to just have it link to that HTML file.

Have the folders set up something like this:

Main Folder:
Index.html (this is your home page)
Basic.html
Advanced.html
Tips.html
etc....

Image Folder:
All your images

or to make it even easier to set up, just have them all in one folder. Not the best for organization, but its a lot easier if you dont know the structure.

So button one would link to Index.html, button 2 to Basic.html, etc...

not sure if that makes any sense. Maybe I should put together a tutorial on basic web page creation Wink

Hey people, bare with me. I'm in the making of all the pages. With all the hard work I have to do it at night. So it is not quit finished. For every chapter I am making my own examples etc.etc. Very time consuming.

I know how to finish it in frontpage, but I was thinking of a fancier look, so I need someone who can work with CSS and flash etc.

Once it is finished I will send it to a few people here who have reacted ( Kooi you'll get a PM back later). See what you can come up with then. I will definately sent it to Cynn, for my English grammar isn't good enough.

Thanks all for your help and support for so far.
