This is definately a driver error, sound like its been hacked Shocked

found a forum and some links that may hold the answer Naiko:

http://forums.ic-games.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3198&page=3

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258826

http://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-20339-Keyboard-characters-mixed-up-NOT-a-hardware-problem.html

http://www.informit.com/articles/article.asp?p=347825&seqNum=6&rl=1

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the drivers from the manufactuer bud.

Hope it sorts itself out.

Confused

Take a logical approach. The problem started after you installed the Wacom. So uninstall the Wacom completely and see if that fixes things. If it does then check for newer drivers for the Wacom.

Also try uninstalling the keyboard and letting windows reinstall.

Good luck buddy. Sad

hey Naiko, are you on a Mac or a PC?

if your on a PC, try a system restore to abck before this problem appeared, 95% of the time this will fix it.... if your on a Mac... ummmm well, bum Confused

it may not be, infact it probably definately isn't the Wacom... (that made sense) Laughing

it will be a site you visited or a small program you installed or something.

and the problem would not have showed straight away. It would have appeared when you booted your system up the next time to activate itself.

System Restore I say..... Have a PC I also say Laughing

Also if you're worried about a worm/trojan/virus try AVG (if you don't already have it) and Spybot Search & Destroy.

Hey hey.. I think I solved the problem...I called Wacom and the technician told me that if you have buttons on your tablet. push them in and release them.. sounds like the button that is associated with your option key may be pushed in. This would cause your key stroked to go haywire.

I had him go to the forum and see your typed message and he thought he knew what has happened imediately.

Give it a try and let me know.

It may have happened 3 days later because you didn't click that button until then. Like the one time I had accidentally clicked cap locks when using my Photoshop.

Kathy

I had this happen once, for about 3-4 days my wireless keypad had a mind of its own, some keys worked, some did not, some letters would be different than the ones I pressed, then I read about the NSA spying on us, and how the phone company was helping, as the black van with tinted windows drove away, the problem stopped, now my hair and teeth are falling out at an alarming rate, but at least my keypad works again, thank god!
