i still reckon the auto ban for people posting more than three links in thier first three posts on the forum...
is the best way. of cutting out the majority of it.
and why arnt you a mod yet marco ya have been here so long ya practically hae psc stamped on your forehead.

I think the number of entries before being enabled to post in the forum should be held low, probably at 1 entry, because there are some people out there that ask for help in the forum in a friendly way - those people should have easy access to the forum, but they also show that they are working in graphicdesign or "arts" (  ) by posting one entry at least, no matter how crappy this entry is. A real spammer would not even post an crappy entry.

so the spamers have to post a picture first? not a good idea, no external links for first 10 forum posts will not only stop spamers, it will stop the newbies accedently???? vote whoring, almost as anoying as the spamers

only allow posting in the new members category (hi hello etc) obviously moderated, then after 5 pic posts give full access
