I though vectors should have really nice clean edges... not to worry.

Well its not a vector anymore I initialy made in in illustrator which was vector, but then it had to be rasterized for the various blends and filters that I put on it in photoshop...

Rasterized!? Confused

I'm not an Illustrator expert, but I think if you export your Illustrator file into a psd file, you don't need to rasterize...

Ok guys... I don't think you understand. You cannot put a filter on a vector graphic. To put a filter on a vector graphic you first have to rasterize it... well actually it rasterizes atomatically when you put a filter on but either way it has to be rasterized. I did not resize it, and I understand the edges are rough but thats how it is. I think on the left of the eye where it looks really, I am just going to blur it a little...

Thanks for the input though Smile

If you export your Illustrator file from the Illustrator software (File - Export... - Format: Photoshop (psd) - click Export - hook at Anti-alias - click OK) you will have a new psd file without any vector stuff & very clean. Smile

Laughing I dunno if you guys are missing his point or not, but he purposely made it look like that. it's not jagged from rasterizing it or resizing, he made it look like that.
