Hi PSC,

The "1st Annual PSC Photo Walk" begins on Saturday, April 26th at 12 noon.
What is a "photo walk" you ask?

A "photo walk" is a photography exercise where members of the PSC take their digital camera and take a picture of something. It can be indoors or outdoors. It can be landscapes, objects, people, etc. The object is not to use photoshop. Only use photoshop to resize you image to 800 x 600 or 600 x 800 depending on if it is landscape or portrait. Remeber to take the photos between 12:00 noon and 12:10pm on Saturday.

We will then post our pictures in this forum the next day Sunday April 27th at Noon.
Be creative...have fun...and most of all...get out of the house and start taking photos Very Happy

I created a Flickr group for our "PSC Photo Walk". Create an account with flickr and join our group.

http://www.flickr.com/groups/pscphotowalk/

How do I share a photo with a group?

Easy! If you're a member of the group, add your photo to the group pool. (If not, join the group, because only group members can contribute to the group pool.)

The easiest way add a photo to a group is to go to the photo's page and click the "Send to Group" button between the photo title and the photo. Then choose the group you want to send it to, and you're done!

NOTE: If you live in the U.S. ...take your picture at Noon. If you live outside the U.S. ...also take your picture at Noon...your time. Use whatever camera you have...point and shoots are just fine.

yeah..I'll do this. Only ten minute to shoot huh?
This is gonna be a great game.
I'll never get bored of this, especially with DP gonna be going whole hog to outdo everyone else. The guy will probly be up at the crack of dawn setting up his shot so he can snap it at exactly noon.
I'm gonna do my favorite game along with this..abuse my SLR and treat it like a point and shoot. I can snap off maybe 400-500 shits in ten minutes and see what we end up with.
Great game. Brilliant even. You da man DB, you da man.
