We will be giving away *at least* one prize per week.
When did "week" do a sneaky transformation into "month"...? Razz

As of now...there are no prize contests for the next month. No daily prize, no weekly prize, no MEGA prize...nothing.

Maybe we should ditch the idea of having prizes.

Giving a prize every so often is not such a bad idea, after all some members do actually pay to have the advantage.

The problem lies when there are too many prizes, then it becomes ugly.

I belong to other site and having one of them used to be good just chopped for fun but it lost it's touch and it's no longer a fun site and everyone bickers and moans about voting or entries.

There is one thing however that I would like to see on this site and I truly like this site.

That all contests are anonymous. Sometimes I feel that the name of the author carries a lot of weight and although I feel that I have had considerably good entries I have not had enough votes to win.

The way I see it is that once you're behind 3 or 4 votes there is no way of catching up.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Agreed.

Not in my experience. I've seen late entries from non-advantaged members come from last to win. I've seen close entries battle it out with votes fluctuating both ways. I've seen entries win that were 10 votes behind on the last day of voting. Never count your chickens here.

well i'm glad that several people agree that late entries can still win. lol. i'm not a paying member, YET, so i don't get to start until after some have 20+ entries. i look forward to having some good experience first, then i'll join as a paying member.

this site looks good so far!
