The code is putting the comment in the ALT tag of the image, but surrounding it with single quotes, so it's taking the singl ...

If i look at the source, i can see that the page download with the missing part, it just doesn't display correctly. it must be a browser issue.

for some reason, doesn't seem that you were logged in while viewing the pict (which is not the reason you can't see the comments, but part of whatever bug you've caught.) Did you try rebooting?
