From what I got off the pic you posted, your shutter speed was 1/30sec and your aperture was f/1.4

I used Paul Von Stetina's outlined image created in photoshop with the stamp filter and then carried it over into Illustartor CS2 and used the live trace feature... It smooths the edges and it's real ...

Trace it in illustrator with the pen tool... If you have Illustrator CS2 you can try using the auto trace feature, It's amazing! I lah ket a lot...
