I've tried to draw the perspective of the plane and the ambulance in your picture. As you can see, it makes the flames wrong also, cause you'd see them on top

The perspective of both the cars and the plane are a bit of. And there is to much smoke in the line of sight, so the picture isn't very clear. You could think about letting the smoke flow more sideway ...
