can you tell me how you do it ,use using some filter for it?
I used some brushes for sky. Then sharpen up the image . Used Render->lighting effect. And various adjustment layer Photofilter, Bright ...

Its far away from the perfect technical chop... But I like it the way it look

IF you could make a time clock between pick up the source and upload the chop... say 2 hours... And still than, people will send ...
