All I have EVER used is Photoshop and ImageReady the trick in PSC is staying within the file size constraints and not having your final GIF be the size of a postage stamp!

Its a challenge ................good luck!

I use Jasc Animation Shop. You can download it here: http://ftp.jasc.com/pub/en/ani311en.exe

I have found it very easy to use. If you try it and have questions, feel free to pm me. I'll help if I can.

I used Imageready while I had PS 8 (CS) But now with CS3 it's steps are sort of still there but not in a separate program. The one big neg is if you need to edit that gif after it's made. A good example is say it's running a touch too fast. In imageready you call it up and change the frame times check it and back to optimize and on the road again.
No go in CS3 you have to reopen the ps file and resize it and the other few steps till you can resave it after you've make the changes. Annoying difference but what can I say.
