Looking good Oscar! Cool

I'm playing with the CSS as well. There are some perks to being a short-timer in gov't work. Laughing

Edit: Wow is there ever a LOT of unnecessary and redundant settings in the site's CSS. Trimming it down will probably help load times a smidge.

besides any ways doesn't a long time viewing wht b/g also effect your comp screen and take up more energy than darker colored b/g on sites? i thought i saw an old google thread a while back having info on this subject.

Actually, this is, for the most part, false. CRTs supposedly benefit somewhat, but those are really outdated, to be honest. Most people are using LCDs now, which have no significant difference in power consumption, regardless of which colors the screen is displaying. The Google blackout thing they did was just a symbolic promotion to support turning off lights when you're not using them.

Stylish is being a PITA. I keep having to turn off the style sheet and then turn it back on in order to get it to apply to the site.

But here's the first style after incorporating what Oscar's doing with what I was playing around with. There's some edits that need to be made to accomodate the forums.

I'm trying to figure out what everything is here so I can build a base style, then we could move faster from there. Jen (manic_d) was mentioning of a feature which we could chose from couple different style sheets ( maybe proc can implement such feature )

C'mon guys... when you settle you die! I been here a year or so and I'm already tired of watching the same o'l site. Change is always good.

White does damage eyes, and I already get so much when using photoshop and other software.

@Jen... after that trip to teh doctors I change myspace to a less white-bright background. Confused

Weird I installed it and works great, but how come it keeps saying that I'm logged in as oscar.. Can't figure out what's up.. I log out and load my screen name but then it goes back to white... I reload the previous style and it goes back to oscars account..

WTF ?
