It's true that there are a lot of simular ideas in round 2...(like round 1 with the Chinese hats) Very Happy

Some are maybe not original but I saw some great chops! Maybe my opinion of a great chop is different than others Laughing

I don't think they were crappy. Just similar ideas. Nothing ground breaking or memorable. We have plenty of great photoshoppers, we need more great thinkers. Wink We have some great thinkers, they just did not dig deep enough this time but there is some very good PS work to see in this contest.

Anyone bother counting how many busted heads and earth/globes there were?

Nope, but we can keep that in mind for next years H2H...every round there are 3 words (themes / subjects) that you have to avoid in your chop! Idea

I disagree, we can't limit the minds of others to our restrictions... I like having a choice.

There are some great entries with those themes, I wouldn't want to not have those around...

I'm not upset at the similarity of the ideas. To me it's all about the execution of the idea. You can have a fantastic idea but if it has a craptastic execution then it will fail in my book. Similarly you can have a simple idea but the execution takes it over the top.

Are you guys joking?. . . I thought there were some stellar entries and I enjoyed going and voting for all of them. That source was not easy to deal with at all. I say GREAT JOB to everyone and thanks for an enjoyable round 2.
If you doubt our great work, check out the link to wk1000's contest of the same source. . . 90% or more of ours could have beaten their top entry.
The W1K contest was labeled "For Beginners"

I guess I'm the only one that considers myself a beginner.

I most certainly consider myself to be a beginner compared to some people here (I won't mention names to avoid big heads lol)
