Was that anywhere in the long list before clicking accept?

I assume you are talking about accepting when the License agreement when installing the Adobe software. But this is not applicable to the software use. It's about using the trademark

well, we could always say we are fotoshopping....... then they would not have a leg to stand on

I think the Adobe people should be glad that we talk about using their programme because the way we are going on here every day is free commercial for them... so don't worry about a thing.

I am saying this, because I have noticed that using another programme then Adobe to create a chop in a contest is sometimes (jokingly) frowned upon.

I just used Google's Search Engine to search for stuff. Thanks for this thread before I would have just googled stuff I didn't know I was doing it wrong.

You're still doing it wrong. I don't think when you turned on your Personal Computer or Notebook you knew it actually was a Personal Computer or Notebook running on Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh (howdoyouspellmac?) operating system, and that you were using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to open Google's Search Engine, Facebook and Adobe Photoshop Contest where you can use Adobe Photoshop.
okay that took a lifetime to say.
