I just love the way Bill Gate has been demonized for living the American dream and making a buck. No body is forced to buy anything Microsoft makes. He made it to the top for putting out a good product (maybe not as good as Mac at the time) that was more affordable (not free like Linux) and allowed anyone to make software for it so the would more software available. And that combination made it more appealing to the consumer. People who have nothing but bad sh*t to say about gates and Microsoft, are just pissed because Bill is rich and their not.<br><br>Don’t feel bad Rondo I have two 17” monitors on my system and my brand new desk is giving out under the weight. What’s worse though, I think one of them is dieing it appears to be getting darker. I can’t afford to replace it right now and if I have to go back to using one monitor I’ll go nuts. <br><br>

HT, the anti-PC and anti- Windows attitudes are 2 separate and distinct issues. And the anti-Bill Gates is yet another thing MOST of which comes not from jealousy of his fortune he has amassed, but from his unfair and often illegal business practices all aimed at using his near monopolistic position and overwhelming fiscal clout in attempting to drive out of business anyone who might possibly threaten to carve out their own space.<br><br>Making money is not an issue with me.<br><br>Stifling free trade is.<br>
