Heh, brushing pins has been getting harder over the years, but it still works on yer average locks.
D3ad, the guy that sells low quality tools at any given fleemarket will have inexpensive lock-pick sets.
They are a felony to carry around in yer car...I have three convivtions for them alone, anyway, the cheap fleamarket sets are actually very good.
If yer gonna make your own, there is a simple way to get really good quality sweaps--
the cheap, even dollar store walkman headphones that have the staneless steel
head band-- cut , bend w/ pliers---they don't break and have the strength to put pressure on a tumbler...used to use them to unlock my cell at night--
being open to the cellblock is a little more compfortable than being locked in that tight, coffin-like cell.
anyway..cheap headphones,perfect.
If you get them w/ a cheap cassette player...you can use the small motor from the casstte player with a paper clip to make a nice tattoo gun--use the soot from burnt
checker's pieces w/ a drop of water for a permanent ink....G'd luck!
