Last night, I went to see Zappa Plays Zappa. WOOOOOW!
Last night I was 16 again! Cool
Napoleon Murphy Brock is amazing. I already saw Bozzio & Vai live before but to see them playing Zappa's music is unique.
They played only great masterpieces.
Here's some pictures I took with my new Canon I won here on PSC:

Dweezil & Pete Griffin

Terry Bozzio singing "I'm so cute"

Steve Vai solo

Vai & Zappa, Napoleon Murphy Brock in background

2 pictures of Bozzio on drums

The end!

These are Killer Claf Shocked Very Happy looks like it was a good show

Yeah! One of the best show I ever seen! Smile
It was sold out for a while. I thought having no time to get there and I decided to go there one hour before the show & meeting the nearest scalper!
I pay a little bit more but for a show like that... a 3 hours + half long show, it was the best deal in town!
Sure Vai & Bozzio were incredible, but Napoleon Murphy Brock was the coolest, so funny & super talented.
Some songs they played: Andy, Call Any Vegetable, Tell Me You Love Me, Can't Afford No Shoes, Pygmy Twylyte, Cheepnis, I'm The Slime, Dont Eat The Yellow Snow, St. Alphonso's Pancake Breakfast, Inca Road, I'm So Cute, Village Of The Sun, Echidnas Arf (Of You), Tryin' To Grow A Chin, The Torture Never Stops, Pound For A Brown, Advance Romance, Willy The Pimp, Black Page #1 + 2, Regyptian Strut.

Here's a forum about Montréal's performance to give you an idea how people appreciated it:

Any electronic music fans? what about Aphex twin? i think he's a genius! Also try out Photek.

Last but not least Portishead.

Yes I am! I dont have any Aphex Twin album & I need one. In your opinion, what's his best? Is it Drukqs? Never heard about Photek. For sure Portishead is great, one of the best trip-hop band. Fat Of The Land from Prodigy was also a great CD.

My favorite in electronic music are Underworld (especially the Second Thoughest In The Infants album), Future Sound Of London (especially ISDN), The Young Gods, Massive Attack, Moby...
