Hey Couch, the "Dears" was pretty good,they remind me a little of English Beat for some reason, the Square Pusher sounded like Aphex twins, and yes I now see it is them Laughing

Paul Carrack of Squeeze, Paul Young of Sad Cafe, and Mike Rutherford of Genesis, plus a couple other great musicians put together Mike and the Mechanics back in 85, which seems like a hundred years ago, anyway Paul Young died on July 15 2000, Crying or Very sad Rutherford and Carrack reformed "Mike and the Mechanics" in 2004 with "Rewired"

Very Happy I've always really liked Mike and The Mechanics. The Rewired album is a great comback for them. Mike Rutherford definitely brings on his own kind of sound. He pretty much 'was' Genesis IMO. Paul Carrack has one of those very definitive voices.
