Has anyone besides me been waiting for joost? It started off as the Venice Project and soon evolved into joost. They finally let me download it, but nothings coming on Crying or Very sad This is the next biggest thing to happen to PC/TV Very Happy that is if it ever works Rolling Eyes
Basically joost is high quality free TV on PC when you want it, like You Tube, but much better quality, so far from what I have, this looks like it will be good.
I'm still waiting though Rolling Eyes

Back to "music" video's Very Happy This video reminded me that I have this Video Toaster sitting in a box collecting dust, I bought most of the system when it first came out in the early 90's, this is basically what I have;
Video Toaster on e-bay here.
http://cgi.ebay.com/MASSIVE-Amiga-Video-Toaster-Bundle-Video-Production_W0QQitemZ300101483292QQihZ020QQcategoryZ4598QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
We did a couple video's and I kind of got into the lightwave 3D, but back then it took forever to render a single frame, and video is 30 frames per second, so you needed lots of memory, and I can tell you back in the early 90's memory was hard to come by, its too bad because this was a great unit, it was like having a TV station, it could do so many things besides animation, I paid a bloody fortune for this stuff and I don't have the heart to scrap it or sell it for $500 either Crying or Very sad so it sits in a box until someone can talk me out of it Rolling Eyes

Todd Rundgren "Change Myself" Lightwave Music Video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7QEyaUVwTI
He was into this stuff and created a few video's with one.

Varied Animusic, I can't remember if anyone posted some of these before.

Yeah, Paul...the festival's been sold out for weeks. It's about 100 degrees for the weekend.

If I was going, I'd see the Red Hot Chili Peppers who are playin' this evening. Rage Against the Machine is a big draw here tho

TONS OF PEOPLE HERE THOUGH! They're not allowed to bring water or food in. Wish I was a bottled water vendor there...

and there's no seats. Ya stand/walk around in soaring temps. If they'd had it a few weeks ago, it'd be perfect weather. There's tents, but can ya imagine several 100 sweaty ppl jammed into one to see a major group? ewwwww.

Let me know if you plan on coming next year, ok? Very Happy
