Had the grease to hot I guess, and it splattered on to the stove, thus igniting it all. Confused

Frying chicken is very hard to master.
You have to make sure you fry it long enough to cook all the way thru without burning the outside. So a medium heat is better.

If I do fry, I usually stick with smaller pieces.. drumsticks/wings.. because a thigh and breast is so thick it takes longer and there's more of a chance it'll be burned on the outside/bloody on the inside..

yea...uuuu...sound goood...u talk abput chicken like u talk about pork Razz and me like ! (but i can't fight against the gentle tricky talking of DP Wink )

I was going to turn it into a turkey and when I messed with the levels and stuff, it made my stomache hurt looking at it... so I stopped...

The trick is medium heat...and COVER the pan...that way it cooks evenly...and you don't end up with charred...or bloody chicken.
