Nothing much to tell, anfa phoned me from just outside Doncaster about 12:30 pm so i shot of to the pub to meet him and his friends, first beer before 01:00 pm anfa's crew stayed until just before the football match at 03:00pm gran was due in at 03:30pm so i stayed in the pub to meet him, by the time me and gran had had a quite a few beers it was time for anfa to come back from the match, so we stayed in the pub had lots more beer when anfa came back until roppa dragged him out of the pub and back to Newcastle (I'd lost track of the time by now)
me and gran had a few more beers then went back to my house with tina, drank some vodka and i promptly fell asleep, as usual.
THE END, of a long day

I have fond memories of creating pictures, pixel by pixel, and of playing with my Casio keyboard through the MIDI hooked up to our 1040 ST. And I remember getting my first lesson in *SAVE YOUR WORK* when my dad inadvertently turned off the light switch and we discovered the computer was plugged into the outlet controlled by the light switch. I was ALMOST finished with a term paper... Of course it was due the next day. That was also my first "all nighter."
I also have fond memories of the Atari 800 we had before the 1040 ST. The big box the 800 (with peripherals) came in made a terrific fort. Oh, and Dad taught me how to use LOGO. I loved that turtle.
Speaking of infinite loops, it looks/sounds like this Hallcross PSCcon drinking social was a lot of fun for all involved!
