Lets get 1 thing straight I'm not whining , I thought this section of the forum was for an idea or suggestion on how to better PCS ? It was just a suggestion I didn't see any harm in asking

Your right in asking barefoot and I think for the most part you got some good answers to your question AND your suggestion is good. This site just simply runs as a "one size fits all" type way. There are other ones that do what your asking but this site just runs in one category.
I came to this site to learn and never looked at winning although I've been fortunate a few times since "05". The thing I've always done is to try and get a certain amount of votes with my "votes per post" section. Maybe 5 I think I started with and then if I got any more than that it was a bonus. Then once I started seeing that my vpp was going above 5 I upped it a bit until I was at 20. Another thing was to try and make it to at least the second page on a contest. There's a lot of different ways you can try but I know for me I'd get disappointed if I came here to win contests. I learned a lot doing that plus asked for a ton of help here. Maybe try that and see if it doesn't make it fun.

I've not been here that long myself, and its true that you do get discrougaed a little at first, thinking how in the hell am i gonna compete with some of the choppers on here.
There work looks amazing, some are actual artists and some use photoshop for there work. Some like me just use it for fun as a hobby.
I only joined this site to gain more experience, and learn from others.
I get joy out of getting just one vote, thinking that someone likes what i have done, and i get joy out of seeing what other ideas the others have had.
Some people have a weird imagination on here.
I'm actually in front in a comp now, never thought it would happen, but if i lose i'm not bothered that much.
So get choppin m8 and enjoy it

No one said ya cant suggest just do ya home work mate, this topic has been raise soooooooo many times to a lot of us it is whining, and as to the spelling correct, (A little rude if you ask me) not every one come from USA and dictionaries differ around the world.
Here are some related links to your question, made it kinda a general and picked ones with less argument and more solid input fro ya.

Now I know that don't deal directly with your question of separate skill levels, but the two threads I found ended in backstabbing and arguments, but I hope the above threads help give you some perspective on how it works around here.
For the record I was here for ages before I won a contest and Im just an electrician no training other than here, so stick at it and just chill and relax. Some people have never won a contest and still they play the game.

Blurker, there's us and your lot and the Canadians that know real English!
Edit: Out of the developed English speaking countries we out number the Americans with our spelling!

YES! Outnumbering us by adding in extra vowels
as for the topic.
took me 90+ entries to get my first win. (and I was non-advantaged mind you)

Are you sure you aren't confusing efficiency with laziness!

Its my theory that laziness is the root of all human achievement.
Why else was the wheel (or anything else) invented?

No. No. No. yer both right. Efficiency is achieved because people are lazy...
look at such things like Remote controls for TV's, calculators
and in photoshop's case FILTERS
and in our case, taking out vowels that are no longer needed
