I would like to get a list of songs that people liked from the 90's. preferably rap/hip-hop... (top hits, one hit wonders, good beats, good lyrics)

This list might help a little bit, and not that I promote downloading music illegally but if you look hard enough you can find these types of compilation CDs for free downloads on music forum sites. DON'T USE NAPSTER/BEAR SHARE/MORPHEUS etc. Virus CENTRAL!

The rap/hip-hop song that im looking for,I believe came out somewhere around 95 to 99... I believe it was a a one hit wonder... I wish I knew some of the lyrics... The only discription that I can give on the song is that the song starts off with a melody or like a synphony... and adds a beat...

Last time I heard the song was on a TV show called "drama high- Episode 1" can anyone find a playlist of music that was playing in the background of this show???
