Okay, i am not a spammer, i am running Vista, CS3. I am not using a pen tablet, just my laptop It is the craziest thing, i have tried everything to get it to stop doing what it is doing, with no luck. My aunt has CS3 on XP and hers does not do it and she tried to fix it also with no luck-its driving me crazy!!

I don't know that one... To be safe, copy the ones you've downloaded out of the PS folder and put them somewhere else on your hard drive. (just to be sure) You should keep a back up anyway

if that don't work, try resetting the preferences.

if that don't work... aside from uninstalling and reinstalling PS I give up

maybe Splodge will have a better answer.
