Look on the bright side.... You get to eat all of her "dangerous" Halloween booty.
I did, in a highly secure location! (my garage)
Then washed my hands and brushed my teeth...
It is one mother of a task for a parent to take on... Think about it... everywhere she goes, everything she does, we and she have to make sure nothing has any peanut butter in it. At school, field trips, friends houses, at the movies, when she goes to parties, everywhere! We were bowling on our league last Month and another girl came up and gave her a big hug while she was eating a snickers bar.
It will get easier for her as she gets older, but at 6yrs old, the other children don't get that she literally has 8min to get to the Hospital before shes dead.
I keep saying it wont be the peanut butter that kills my daughter...
It will be the ignorance of other people that will.
You wouldn't believe how many people when they hear "peanut allergy" think cats and dogs type stuff happens, not death.
