I know there was a topic on this by someone else with an issue, and i found it yesterday....but for some reason can't today.

I paid for advantage yesterday and my profile still has yet to update. This is the 3rd time I've bought it and the other 2 times was instant.... I didn't get to read in the other thread what the outcome was so I'm not sure if there is a delay now?

Paid with CC through paypal. Didn't use an account but the payment was connected to my member name here. Anything I should do aside from waiting?

Found the topic, also sent in a help request. So I will hurry up and wait now.....

It took the previous owner almost 3 weeks to renew my advantage. Didn't check his email. Duh!

There were two topics about it. One by Sliver and one by Tommeken.
Sliver was during weekdays and took over 12 hours i believe.
Tommeken was in a weekend and it took more than a day, if not the whole weekend.

This was two and three weeks ago i think.
My renewal took over 30 minutes, so im not sure what is going on. It cant depend on country, because Tommeken and I are both from Belgium and both used paypal.

Ya, I did it Friday......still waiting as well. I sent an email, no response yet. It's just odd the other 2 times I did it, it was automatic. I figured it was on an automated system as I assume most pay things are. I don't believe in the past proc had to actually activate anything.....although I could be wrong. But if the case is that they have to manually do it "when they get a chance"....that needs to be clearly written in to the page about advantage.

I'm, not as bothered by the wait as I am the lack of communication of when, why, or who.

And ya, Bob..I have. Also checked it on 3 different computers. Still nada Huh.. Thanks for trying though Smile

I'm pretty sure what has happened is that it was automated before, but since the transfer of ownership it somehow has to be done manually and it pretty much depends on when they are around to do it. I'll at least ask them to change the wording to reflect that it isn't instant until it can be set up that way again (if it can).

Still no advantage.... Something must be wrong. I have my "receipt" from pay-pal and see the charge on the CC, so I know it went through.....but nothing.
