Hey I found this site when searching for a forum that has Photoshop contests and just Photoshop fun. I checked news and it hasnt been updated since like 4/24/04. Is this site still up and running? Anyone know any other good Photoshop forums that are popular?

you have found photoshop heaven, or hell depending on what you are looking for.<br>there are over 6,000 members registered here but only about 300 active at any one time.<br>daily contests starts at 08:00 local PSC time.<br>welcome<br>P.S. no news is good news

Nope we are not still here we are the ghosts of shoppers long gone.. muwahahahaha (actually the lack of news updates is most likely from the fact the person who runs the site (JMH 132) has had his hands full with a new baby)

well.... if you just enter www.photoshopcontest.com the big pic there is the one to chop that day. Every contest lasts 3 days, and if you want to see the entries click in the <b>featured pic</b> link in the box up left....

Remember, you canīt vote yet, you will be able to when you have posted 15 pics. You can post two pics per day, although I wouldnīt do that, but anyway....

yep... I recommend posting early when the contest opens... because most people vote compulsively too early... but thatīs just my advice, do what you please...<br>And Iīm sure you will have lots of fun here, this is a great community (of course there are some wackos, but donīt worry)<br><br>=)<br>Enjoy!!

Ok also. I noticed there are a lot of other pics mixed in with the pics. Is there a site you can get random pictures from? Or do you just do a yahoo image search?

Just use the "image search" feature , which is found in the PSC links box at the top left of this page and featured pic page etc.

Ya know... rather then changing the time, somthing fair would be 2 pics in 24 hours, one posted at 5am, another posted at 5pm. that should give everyone in different time zones a fair chance of somthing new. Plus increase our skills and creativity.
