I've got an e-commerce site that I built from scratch (long story). I load the page in IE8 and the status bar tells me that HUNDREDS of items are downloading. The page doesn't have hundreds of items making it (unless you count every individual HTML tag).
This downloading causes a delay in page loading that I want to get rid of. Naturally all the other browsers work just fine and only IE seems to have the issue.
I need to find out how to tell, in IE8, what all these mystery items are. Seems that it's only my site that does this.

Nevermind. I found it. Seems the use of "iepngfix.htc" in my style sheet causes IE to freak out. Needed to use conditional tags.
Thanks!

This was all wrong from the beginning... You're the guy with the answers! So I thought, I don't say a thing and give you the opportunity to figure it out for yourself. Better for your image, you know. No, no, don't thank me, you're welcome!

We knew you could work it out and as such learn a valuable lesson from all of this.
