He's called Wally in the UK.
He seems to be a bit of a dodgy fella. Always hiding in crowds and travelling to other countries using aliases. He's up to no good.

Seriously though, this is a cool idea. Has anyone played the Mystery Case File games?
You have to find all the objects listed.
This would be a cool forum game with chops that have hidden objects for people to find.
