So over last summer I'm sad to say my Grandfather lost his fight to cancer. I inherited his tie and tie clip collection and I wear them almost ever day. There is one tie clip that I where most infrequently that I have no idea what the symbol means and I would like to see if anyone on here know what it is or could lead me in a direction that I may find out...

I can't find anything to match the "A", sorry. The shape (sakura, or cherry blossom) is traditionally Japanese.
