Drink Up, Me Hearties, Yo Ho!

Now that we've got a pub, and we've got our avatars, what this ragtag band of pirates needs is a Drinking Contest! Here's how it will work.

Six contestants will sign up. The contest will run for ten days, starting this Friday and ending on Talk Like a Pirate Day. On the odd-numbered days, I'll post a photo of a beverage (at about 7 a.m. Pacific). That day, each contestant will chop it and post it here in this topic, or even describe themselves drinking it, in a pirate-y way. (The image will be small, to keep the contest quick and easy.) What each person does with it, is up to them. Now, here's the fun part. On the EVEN-numbered days, the rest of us will vote off one of the contestants, and narrow the field. By the 19th, we should be down to a single winner.

That person will get.. um.. a swanky trophy for their signature field, or something. I haven't quite worked out that part yet.

So, the first thing we need is six rum-swillin' scallawags, who will be available to participate over the next ten days, and who don't mind getting a little grubby.

The cursing battles with those pirates was one of the highlights of the first one That and the conversation with the important pirates in the Scumm Bar... Heh.

HTUK, exactly. I remember at the end, when the picture of Guybrush and Elaine came up, I was just wowed by the pretty graphic. Hahaha!
