Hmm...I got 11, but admittedly, much of the pic is really tiny and hard to see.

Fugue, Deshone, Cynn, Sage, Chicken, Polishmafia, Billtvshow, Cafn8d, Framed, Kooi, L@rue.

Edit: Oh, got it...thanks to Synthvet, I found Vunt. Synthvet, you missed Framed and circled someone's white pants instead.
