OK if you look at the tabs that prevent the scissors from closing you will notice that there are scribe lines that would be indents to hold them closed. ergo they are not scissors. All those who entered scissors must disqualify them selves and forward their votes to Tofu.

To be honest,Digital, the last time I probably used a hemostat was in 1964. So you can see why I might forget how they were packed. But your version is good enough for me, and earns a former corpman's vote.
