Right after posting my entry this morning my laptop had a semi-meltdown. I had to delete me user profile so now I've lost ALL my bookmarks and several of my source files (including today's).

The lost bookmarks hurt the most. Some near and dear were for chopping (externals, tips, tutorials, etc.). I also lost all my bookmarks for my job (programming stuff).





So now I'm rebuilding my list of links to good stuff. Anybody got links they'd like to share? I know that there are links in other threads too (I just have to find those threads again).

Thanks Splodge! Any good GIMP and/or Macromedia Fireworks tuts would be helpful as those are the tools I'm having to use.

Did you saerch your computer and make sure there are no files still there with the bookmark extension?
I firget what the extension is, but I'm pretty sure this happened to me once and i found them saved elsewhere on my pc.

Do what i do....

1. Print out all your chops out on paper...and put them in a folder.
2. Print out all source pictures on paper with links....so you can future reference them
3. Burn all your work to cd or dvd.
4. Clean your harddrive once a week of all the PSC stuff you did...so it doesnt take up all your space.
